Price and Payment Options

All prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars. We accept VISA, AmEx and Mastercard as terms of payment. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases outside of New Zealand.

 

Shipping & Delivery

For orders within New Zealand we deliver via courier to a physical address (NOT a PO Box Number) and require a signature for tracking purposes.

Shipping throughout New Zealand: $7.50 (Free on orders over $100)
Estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days.


International Orders

We utilise international airpost as the most cost-effective shipping method for all orders outside New Zealand. Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

International shipping: $15 (Free on orders over $140)
Estimated delivery time is within 3-12 business days.

If you have a query about an online order you have already placed, please contact us on the details above. Please provide details such as your order number and date of purchase, this will help us to provide a speedy response.

 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation on the product.

 

Product Information

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been miss-published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items. 

 

Returns Policy

We are not able to exchange items simply because you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please take careful consideration when purchasing products from our website. At Joyce Blok we recommend that consumers have a skin analysis by a qualified beauty therapist who will recommend the correct skin care products for their skin type before purchasing from our website.  

However, if an item is delivered damaged or you receive the incorrect product we will exchange it for the original product purchased. Please call 0800 105 107 within 14 days to receive your replacement. You will need to provide us with your order number. We may ask that you return the product in a pre-paid courier bag which will be sent with your replacement product.
